Welcome to my teaching blog! I use this space to show media students how to create graphics, video, and use the latest free, online software which works so well for an online class. On campus at the University of Sioux Falls, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota we have 2 state of the art computer labs, a Mac lab and a brand new Windows lab with the full Adobe Suite, AVID ProTools, and a full television production studio.
Our students are working in media all over the country and it helps that we have 3 great television stations here in town where they can work as Production Assistants as students and then go full time. We have 5 former students at KELOLAND TV, 2 of them were hired before they graduated last spring!
